What else has the judgment by the Allahabad High Court bestowed upon humanity? What will be the repercussions of this judgment if followed without approaching the Supreme Court? Has this judgment brought about a lull before a storm because there is too much at stake at the moment (Rs.70, 000cr) with consent of all parties involved?
The fight will carry on as suggested by both the parties involved to have full verdict in their favor, what will happen when one of the two come out with overruling the objections or denied justice from the Supreme Court? Will humanity remain as secure, will there remain this peace, this harmony… the messages will be the same then from the elite & english speaking news channels to maintain peace, but does more than 60% of the rural India understand what has been said by them or they understand what the religious leaders, local leaders infuse in them when it is the striking time.
I have failed to understand the way our laws work; it always confuses the matters further than solving any. I have been thinking what could be best for the betterment of humanity… I would like to invite you to the idea that we as one for the betterment of humanity build a Maternity hospital on the site, also let the courts direct the religious leaders & cults to run it free of cost… give something to the society than just keep taking away.
The matters of one’s beliefs should be left for one to decide within one’s four walls & nowhere in public domain.
